So, I toot da flute!!!
I have been playing the flute/piccolo since I was 11. I play in church, I have played in weddings, at funerals, at baby dedications (including Noah's), at parades, in concerts, at competitions, in ball games, and I'm sure other times I just cannot remember. My intent was to go to college playing, but that fell through, and I am o.k. with that. My favorite thing is to use it for God's Glory!
I also "play" the organ. Sorta!
I'm not really good at it, but I'm good enough to play. And to own one. I haven't really played it much in public, but it is nice to have, and a nice skill to have.
I love to make music!
"Toot da flute"... my kids would have so much fun with that sentence, you don't even know! I can't read a lick of music. Wish I could! When I was in the handbell choir at church, I had to highlight my notes in the music book so I would know when to ring my bell! Ha!!!
