School's out for summer!

Well, school's been out for a little over a week now, but we went on a vacation, and I've just now had time for updating the ole blog-world!!! I am so excited to share some photos from vacation, but those will have to wait until another day. For now, check these out!!!

I was very proud of this boy! He made perfect attendance for the whole year, he made all A's for the whole year, and he made his reading goals for all year!!! His name was called a few times at awards day! He worked hard for it!

His class (along with the volunteer mom!) enjoyed root beer floats for their end of the year party, complete with straws with umbrellas!!!

Noah's teacher made each child a photo album of their very own memories from the year, and in the back, she wrote a heart felt note for each child. Noah said he almost had tears when he looked at it!

Here's Noah and his sweet teacher! He's certainly going to miss her, but will be forever thankful to have had her!

Another great accomplishment I am pleased to announce is that Noah no longer needs speech therapy!!! After 5 years, we finally heard the words, "he no longer qualifies for speech therapy!!" Woo-hoo Noah!!! After hearing that, I spent that whole day reflecting on our past 5 years. I am writing a short story of all of the events that happened during those years, and milestones that were hit. Mainly I am writing it for Noah, so he'll always have it, but I am also writing it for us, so we'll never forget that God keeps His promises!!!

We'll be back soon with vacation pictures!!! Happy Summer Everyone!!!
