O Christmas Tree!!!

Last weekend was the weekend for Christmas Tree Shopping....and boy, did we make a day of it!
They went too.....

That's my brother, his wife, and of course you recognize Little Anthony!

I'm totally not believing this is my little boy.....
We got to see reindeer who flew in straight from the North Pole.
And then we were off on the hunt for the perfect tree!
They were too....

And they were too!!! This year I will have to say, D and Noah did the quickest tree pickin' I've ever seen!!! Usually, after 2 1/2 hours of huntin', D will end up at the first one he liked. He ususally picks, because he's better at judging that stuff.....I really, really, wouldn't care if it were little or crooked or bald....Anyway, here's where the search was over

Noah got to do more of the cuttin' this year!
And we got her loaded up....

I love how Noah "forced" Anthony to look!

Anthony got to help his Daddy cut too, but those pictures are on their camera!!!

Oh yeah, and we got to see this guy!

He is part of this.

And Noah told him he wants "Alabama Football Pants!"

Noah had some of those pants, but outgrew them, so that was top priority!

See those folded hands---very proper manners!

Little Anthony wasn't sure about "ho-ho"

So "ho-ho" made his way down to Anthony!!
Anthony still wasn't sure about this! See, he gave Santa "the look"
And I love Noah's hand on Anthony's cheek again trying to "force" Anthony to look at the cameras!

And one more little boy had a Christmas wish----

D: " I want a brand new truck Santa, a 4 x 4!!!"

Santa: "Ho ho ho! Red or green?"

D: " I'll take Red, for Alabama!"

Tiffany: "Good grief....who is that grown man up in Santa's lap?!?!"

Anyway, we had to move on....this lively bunch couldn't take much more...

But a ride on the choo-choo train got everyone going again!

And that concluded our day at the farm.....
next up....

Decorating!!!

That'll have to be another post, for another day----just typing about our Saturday has made me tired!!!

Merry Christmas!

Those Bama fans!

I'd just like to say that win or lose.....we are TRUE fans!!!
Coach, better luck next year!
A hot and sunny day at Bryant-Denny

Noah with his game face on!

Representing our local boy!!! I wore this to church the Sunday after the 2010 Iron Bowl!
This is what Noah wore!!!
This was during the Iron Bowl (The 1st half that is!!!)
Don't I look like I've been shopping all night here?!?!

Rammer Jammer Yellow Hammer!!!!

Random.....again!!!

Hello, hello!
Here I am again, with yet another random post, and it'll be a quickie!
First off, a Kindergarten field trip!!!
Next, this is what our poor pooch looks like when we leave our driveway!
Here's Noah with his hair fixed like Daddy!
Here he is in full Native American Headdress!
And last but not least, the many faces of my nephew Anthony!
First is the "are you looking at me" pose.

Followed by "sitting with Uncle Deck and maybe if I pretend to halfway smile the camera will go away"

Next is "nothing.....just sitting here" innocent look

Here is "chief I don't wanna"

And this is my fave.....

I had on my shades, and I was eating a pop tart (the breakfast of champs) and this little booger boy wanted to copy!!!

Be back soon!

Ya know what....

The cry of "God hates sin" should not be so loud that you don't hear "but He loves the sinner!"

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 8:38-39

Today's Message is.....

Matthew 7:1- Judge not, that ye be not judged.

Luke 12:12-For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.

Philippians 2:12-...work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

So, what I am trying to say is:

You cannot live out others' convictions.

God may tell you to do, or not to do, something, and you feel strongly about it. And although He never changes, He teaches us all individually. It's a personal relationship between you and God. The preacher, your teachers, your ministry leaders, your spouse, your parents, your children, grandma and grandpa, counselors, the president, doctors, friends, (insert other people you may think you can ride into heaven with based on what they believe)...

NO ONE else will be there when you stand before God!

You can tell others what the Word says, and let God convict them, if it is wrong.

You cannot compete with the Holy Spirit of God to convict people.

It's important to always answer questions and give advice based on what the BIBLE says, not based on your opinion.

Even if your opinion is right, others must make decisions on their own, and what God tells you to do, may not be the same for others, or at the right timing for others.

If God tells you to take up His ark and cross the river when it is 2 feet or 40 feet, you had better do it!!!

But, as for others, they must hear from God themselves, and we can pray and trust that He will convict and lead them! It's time to stop preaching religion, traditions, and rules, and begin to preach love and mercy. But for the Grace of God, there go I. We need to preach about the forgiveness of the blood of the Lamb, and not about man's rules!!! Rules are not biblical! Jesus came so that we can be free!!! I said all of that because God told me to. It may not be popular, or well received, but people thought that Abraham, Noah, Moses, Daniel, Esther, Elijah, David, Job, Jesus, Paul, (insert favorite Bible character here) were all crazy too!!! I am not directing this at anyone in particular, I'm not any man's judge, and I don't know who all is reading it, I'm just saying that God told me to put it down, so I did. I was typing so fast, I actually didn't know what it said until I went back just now and read it to proofread! I typically like to put cheerful, chipper, witty, and sweet things on here, and there's nothing funny about God's Word, but I just had to put this on here. I'll answer for it, don't worry! I'll hopefully hear Well Done!

Now that I got that out.....take a look at my $1.25 dress!!!

And I didn't even realize the sun was in my face until I uploaded them!!! Oh well, you get the idea.
And thanks for taking the time to come by and read this. Please pray to God and ask Him what you should do, and when you should do it. Respect your leaders, and who God has ordained. God may have told them to preach traditions and rules. But as for me, I have to believe that God looks on the inward!!!

Random

WARNING:
This is just a conglomeration of thoughts and pictures.

If you are still here, then let us proceed...

First let me start by showing you how we felt about Alabama's recent loss to LSU last Saturday.
Boo-Hoo!
Then, on Monday, I got the bright idea that I needed to wash our trim and windows on the house....I know, crazy right?
Well, anyway, I got started Monday, and worked on it Tuesday, trimmed bushes today, and will have to finish the rest either Friday or next week.
And boy does it look good!!!
^^^^^^Before^^^^^^
^^^^^^After^^^^^^

Anyway, while I was out there, this beauty kept coming up, landing on the flowers, and keeping me company.
I am not a photographer by any means, but I thought she was just too pretty to miss!!!

In other news, there will be no more cool "fog over cotton" pictures.....

Julio Darreus is doing good. He was living in a pet carrier for a couple of weeks, until we got his pen ready, and I was so worried about him being outside in the cold (which it was for a couple of nights, now it's back to 80 degrees!!!), but JD survived.

He had a stare down with Buddy Boy...
....and then challenged me.
We actually keep the rabbit on the porch, and the dog off of the porch, we just wanted to see what they would do with each other. Buddy just kept smelling JD, and JD just kept staring!!!

Mr. Noah has been very busy putting his spelling knowledge to use...

...the boy is always asking us how to spell stuff, usually something to do with football or hunting. He also asks what everything says!!! Which I suppose is a good thing!

And lastly, look at this dandy.

A friend of mine called me this morning and asked if I wanted to go shopping with her for about an hour, and well, if you know me, you know I'd never turn that offer down, so off we went. I really wasn't looking for anything in particular, just looking, and I saw this pretty dress on a clearance rack.

And I said to myself, "Tiffany, that would be so pretty with your black shirt under it, and your sweater over it; you never get yourself anything; consider this."
The price tag: $24.99.
Many would think that is nothing; but for us, and for this cause, too much.
But, it was on the clearance rack, and it wasn't clearly marked, so I asked the clerk to be sure, and she thought it was 95% off.....what?!?!
So, I examined it for tears or misprints, and it all looked ok (we were at an outlet so ya never know) and I tried it on, and it fit perfect!
Off to the register I went along with a Christmas gift for a nephew, and a new Nike #22 Mark Ingram football jersey for Noah, and my dress....

You read that right....I paid $1.25 for that dress!!! hehehe.

I could've stayed longer, but my friend had to go get her little boy from preschool, but I'm talking about a deal to remember!!!
And, that's my ramblings.
Oh, please remember in prayer, my cousin's wife who is currently expecting their 5th child, and she threw a pie in my face once, who has been a little under the weather.
Also, a fellow blogger friend just had her unborn angel go to be with the Lord, so let's remember her in prayer as well.
